Description: This Open Press project aims to create an Open Educational Resource (OER) titled Advancing Evidence-Based Research (AEBR) with the help of two undergraduate Research Assistants, Katherine (Katie) Gregson and Ime Stavinga. The resource will focus on research and knowledge inquiry, addressing the financial and accessibility challenges faced by undergraduate nursing students while reducing the School of Nursing’s environmental footprint. By replacing traditional textbooks, this OER not only supports sustainable practices but also enhances accessibility for students with financial or learning challenges. The project will also provide an opportunity to “level up” the content for use in a graduate-level research course, expanding its impact and usability.
